Try Thickr for up to 60 days from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. You don't even need a full bottle to return.
How to start a return or refund
- Email supersells@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with next steps and a prepaid return label if a return is needed.
- Once processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email info@thickr.store with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement right away — no return needed.
