Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email us at info@thickr.store and we'll make it right.
International orders
We currently ship within the United States only. (If you ship internationally, replace this with: "We ship worldwide. Duties and import taxes may apply at delivery and are the customer's responsibility.")
